Over the last decade, our Data Science team at Harvard's Institute for Quantitative Social Science has been iteratively developing Dataverse, a data repository framework to facilitate and enhance data sharing, preservation, citation, reuse and analysis. The open source Dataverse software has been installed as a research data repository at multiple institutions worldwide. Data Publishing Workflows with Dataverse, at MIT, Program of Information Sciences, Tuesday, May 6, 2014

The Dataverse software provides multiple workflows for data publishing to support a wide range of data policies and practices established by journals, as well as data sharing needs from various research communities. This talk will describe these workflows from the user experience and from the system's technical implementation.
